Okay...will someone please tell me what the hell I just watched?? Because, really, I'm totally clueless. The only thing I know for sure is that Milla kept her clothes on for a change.
The killed the movie was the fact that they were trying to pass it off as a documentary. It completly ruined
the plot and was distracting. I knew it wasn't a documentary, yet the whole time I was watching it I kept thinking "Do they really expect people to believe that this happened?". It would have been okay had they left it a general alien abduction story.
Also, at certain scenes the screen would split; the movie on one side and supposed 'actual footage' on the other. This made it harder the watch because you didn't know where to look...much like in The Hulk. And the whole thing with the owls was just weird. I still haven't quite figured how anyone could mistake an alien for an owl.
Overall, the movie was terrible. I feel bad for the people that spent money to see it at the theater. Hell, I feel bad for renting it. It's not worth watching.
